Project title:       “Community centre as model of support to vulnerable                              groups”

Objective:	To increase social inclusion, income opportunities, self esteem, education and level of information of at least 440 refugees and local marginalized people in Surcin and Busije community for 2 years , through marketable skills training, direct productive employment , sharing of information, children workshops, counseling and lobbing for their needs and rights on local level.
Main activities:	Trainings for marketable skills: computer, English, for at least 180 people Income Generating Activities (textile workshop, winter salads production) for at least 50 women Creative and educational workshop for at least 85 refugee children from Busije Health, social or legal consultations for at least 130 refugees from Busije Lobbing for needs of vulnerable groups on local and national level, networking with similar NGOs and cooperation with local relevant institutions

Project title:         Integration of THE elederly INto the LOCAL community

Donor:	Department for Social and Children Welfare of City of Belgrade
Objective:	Project purpose: Improvement of quality of life of elderly Concrete goals: Development of the Center for support of socially excluded categories of inhabitants, integration and reducing of social isolation of older people in Surčin by providing health care, legal, social and psychological support and development of clubs for the elderly
Main activities:	Visit by social worker once a month to the local pensioner club and to the "od 2 do 102" club in Lastavica Doctor visit once a month to the local pensioner club and "od 2 do 102" club in Lastavica Field visit to isolated, older people twice a month Groups organized according to interest in clubs (poetry, folklore, handiwork, self help groups) One day excursion (visits to the cultural and historical monuments and recreation) Manifestation regarding 1st October, International day of elderly Free activities in clubs (socializing, daily press reading, social games, home cinema...)
